How do I register for parking?

Smart Park Enforce gives the parkers 4 options - They can visit a URL, Scan a QR Code, Download our app (iOS & Android) or use our new Pay-By-Text. The information is communicated on printable signs. Our mobile app is available on all smartphones, and the web portal can be accessed either using a mobile device or computer.

Visit your property’s registration portal and enter:

  • License plate number
  • Unit number (if required)
  • Contact information

Registration is instant unless property approval is required.

How do I register a visitor?

Log into your resident portal and enter your guest’s plate number and expected visit duration. Once submitted, the visitor is authorized in real time.

I would like to pay/dispute a citation.

Citations are issued by parking enforcement at your location. You can pay your citation online using the secure payment link listed on your ticket notice. Enter your ticket number and license plate to access the payment page.

If you believe a citation was issued in error, follow the dispute instructions provided on the ticket notice. Supporting documentation or photos may be required.

NOTE: Smart Park Enforce does not manage citations.

Why was I ticketed if I'm a resident?

Common reasons include:

  • Vehicle not registered
  • Visitor registration expired
  • Parked in a restricted area
  • Incorrect plate entered during registration

How much control do I have over my lot's rates?

Smart Park Enforce has zero control over the rates at your lot, and we give you the flexibility to set your rates based on varying increments of time. You can set a price per half hour, hour, six hours, daily, or set an overnight rate. We give you all the control, and all the options.

How does Smart Park Enforce help me prevent residents from taking advantage of visitor parking spaces?

Smart Park Enforce allows you to set up automatic notes to parkers booking a visitor parking space, reminding them that residents are not to use these spaces, making it difficult for a resident to book one of these spaces accidentally. For those who do it willingly, however, a quick scan of their license plate will show they have no active visitors pass.
